Welcome to the website of Grettart, LLC (“Grettart,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, branding, and design, is the property of Grettart, LLC and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

Booking & Payments

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure all photography sessions and events.

Session dates are not reserved until both the contract and retainer have been completed.

Remaining balances are due before or on the session date, depending on the agreement outlined in your contract.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule based on availability. Rescheduled sessions must take place within the timeframe outlined in the original agreement unless otherwise approved.

If a client cancels their session, all payments made may be non-refundable.

In the event of severe weather, illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions beginning more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a late fee or shortened session time.

Image Delivery & Editing

Final edited images will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time discussed prior to the session. Turnaround times may vary during busy seasons.

Images are edited in Grettart’s artistic style. RAW or unedited images are not delivered.

Additional edits beyond standard retouching may be subject to additional fees.

Gallery Delivery

Online galleries are delivered digitally and remain active for a limited period of time. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their final images once delivered.

Grettart is not responsible for lost files after the gallery expiration date.

Copyright & Usage

Grettart, LLC retains the copyright to all images created.

Clients receive personal-use printing rights unless otherwise stated in writing. Images may not be altered, edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Model Release

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Grettart may use images from sessions for portfolio display, website content, social media, marketing, competitions, or promotional materials.

Clients may request privacy for their session in writing prior to the session date.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide exceptional service and preserve client images, Grettart, LLC shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, illness, weather, venue restrictions, or digital file corruption.

In the unlikely event that images are lost or a session cannot be completed, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.
